The Birth Realm Method emerged through the 18 month doula/client relationship between now co-founders Siobhan & Dr. Kiki, healing intergenerational wounds of patriarchy, adoption, & colonization from pre-conception through postpartum.

We believe empowered births center each person’s sovereign nature and relationship with their intuition, voice, ancestors, and the land. We emphasize physiological birth, nervous system education, reproductive justice, and Indigenous earth wisdom.

This is a proven philosophy with potential to heal beyond the birthing room. This is lineage and legacy alchemy and in our live classes we weave the magical with the practical in preparing each person for centered and connected birthing.
