I am a mother and mystic of Filipino & Irish ancestry, raised and rooted on the unceded Ohlone land better known as San Francisco, California. Following the birth of my son in 2018, I became a fullspectrum doula and have provided in-home and hospital reproductive care since 2019.

In addition to gaining an intimate understanding of childbirth in the US, birth work sparked a spiritual confidence that rippled into a complete life transformation. After 2 years of enhancing my practice with Reiki and tarot readings, I felt called to change roles as a birthworker, shifting from traditional attendant to spiritual care consultant.

As a consultant, I provide spiritual guidance centered on connecting people to their intuition, desires, and power to create change. I specialize in working with radical mothers and queer families, but my consultations have supported people through a range of life transitions including breakups, career changes, lifestyle changes, death, and rebirth. I take a practical approach to mystical guidance, meeting people where they’re at and rooting into culturally authentic and effective energy work.

In February 2023 I launched The Birth Realm, a scientifically, politically, and spiritually informed childbirth philosophy and newsletter. The heart of The Birth Realm is the pregnancy circle that prepares people for birth through somatic education, guided trance journeys, and voice alchemy taught by my birth client turned co-founder, Dr. Kiki Steiner.

I believe birthing is an energy that isn’t exclusive to children and that our creative power is the most valuable resource there is. In a time where reproductive freedom is under threat, to remain connected to our ability to create is an act of self liberation. All of my work reflects this foundational belief and I am available for workshop facilitation, public speaking, and podcast interviews in which I can continue this conversation.

My mission is to guide people toward deeper embodiment through a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive care approach that intuitively nurtures self-connection, community care, and ancestral remembrance.

I am committed to caring for myself as a container for my clients’ healing, finding creative solutions to provide accessible and equitable support, and upholding the integrity of my values and traditions, as well as those taught to me by Black & Indigenous teachers.

Asian Birth Collective is a resource by & for Asian/POC-identifying birthing and postpartum people raising the stories & voices of Asian people, sharing our culture and history.

Started by three Asian doulas based in the Bay Area & Los Angeles, you can find a directory of midwives, birth & postpartum doulas, and health & wellness providers on their website.

BIPOC in the Bay was developed to increase the visibility of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) birth and postpartum providers in the Bay Area.

Through this community building project we aim to develop a resource network that fosters collaboration and aids both new families and providers alike.
