After giving birth in 2018, I became a doula so I could help other mothers be more informed, empowered, and supported than I felt.
What I learned from supporting the full spectrum of possibilities was how all of these situations call for the same set of core needs: self trust, body literacy, intergenerational healing, and community care.
In early 2023, I closed my doula business to show up for radical mothers, queer families, and compassionate leaders as a spiritual care practitioner. Calling on mediumship, tarot, and Reiki, I guide people to their desires and power to birth liberated futures.
THE BIRTH REALM
The Birth Realm is home to the internet’s most magical pregnancy group that centers psychosomatic education and care as an approach to laboring and childbirth.
This philosophy has helped people achieve unmedicated, uninterrupted births by helping them prepare mentally and spiritually over extended periods for the whole person experience of birth and motherhood.
SPIRITUAL CARE
As a tarot reader, Reiki practitioner, and spiritual practitioner, I provide guidance and channel messages with intentions of connecting you to your intuition, desires, and ancestors.
My spiritual consultations always meet you where you’re at, identifying and clearing energetic blocks and leaving you with practical ways to integrate the guidance so it materially impacts your life immediately.
EMBODIMENT MENTORSHIP
My mentorship is intended to create space for care providers to learn trauma-informed self, community, and collective care. My approach begins with guiding you to your own culturally relevant spiritual practice as a foundation for pursuing a more authentic, aligned life.
Past mentees include doulas, mothers, nurses, healers, and community organizers.
MY VISION FOR REPRODUCTIVE LIBERATION
The Birth Realm is facilitating a culture shift in the conversation around childbirth and care.
Currently this includes a bimonthly Pregnancy Circle and the Embodied Care Circle for doulas and careworkers.
