Best practices:

  • discern from your personal womb relationship and history if you should do this practice alone. you may choose to do it with a friend or have a friend present in case intense emotions arise.

  • begin with a somatic practice such as singing, dancing, tapping, shaking, or whatever best gets you into a place of calm receiving

  • give yourself time afterward to journal, hydrate, and reintegrate into your physical vessel and space
